To cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us directly via WhatsApp or email us at sales@smilingflora.com only.

Cancellation Notice for Full Refund:
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date to be eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.

Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the order total.
- Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we cannot offer a full refund for late cancellations.

No Returns:
- As flowers are perishable and time-sensitive, they cannot be returned once delivered, regardless of the circumstances. Please ensure the recipient will be available to receive the flowers at the scheduled time.

Refunds:
- Full refund is subject to a 10% processing fee, cancelled at least 72 hours before delivery.

Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before delivery) will receive a 50% refund, minus the 10% processing fee.
- Refunds will be issued within 21 business days to the original payment method.

Order Modifications:
- If you need to modify your order (e.g., change the delivery date, timeslot, address, contact number, gift message or flower selection), please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Emergency Cancellations:
- We understand that emergencies can arise. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. A 50% refund may be available for late cancellations.

Delivery Issues:
If there is an issue with the delivery, such as damage or incorrect items, please reach out to us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.
Because flowers are perishable, we recommend reviewing your order details and confirming the delivery information carefully to avoid any issues.
