To place an order, browse through our selection of flowers and arrangements, select the one you want, and click 'Add to Cart.' Then, follow the checkout process to enter your delivery details and payment information.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), as well as Bank Transfer, PayNow, and PayLah.

All prices displayed on our online store are in Singapore Dollars.

How Do I Know My Order Was Successfully Placed?

We deliver to most addresses in Singapore, excluding restricted areas.

Yes, you can select your preferred delivery date and timeslot during checkout.

What are the delivery time slots and charges?

Do You Offer Same-Day Delivery?

Same-day delivery date and timeslot can be selected during checkout. If you're unable to select today's date, please WhatsApp us with the flower you'd like to order, and we'll check its availability for same-day delivery.

Can I Deliver to an Office, School, Restaurant, Hotel, or Hospital?

Yes, we can deliver to offices, schools, restaurants, hotels, and hospitals. However, there are a few things to consider for each location:

  1. Office: We can deliver to business offices. Please provide the company name, recipient’s name, and any relevant department or additional details to ensure smooth delivery.

  2. School: Most deliveries to schools will be made to the general office. It's helpful to provide the recipient's name and any additional details to ensure the flowers are directed to the right person.

  3. Restaurant: To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure that the restaurant is notified and able to receive the delivery. Kindly provide the restaurant’s name and the recipient's name as listed under the reservation.

  4. Hotel: Deliveries to hotels are typically made to the reception. It's important to include the recipient’s name under the same booking and room number to ensure the flowers reach the right person.

  5. Hospital: We can deliver to hospitals, though it's essential to check for any specific policies (e.g., restricted areas like ICUs). Please provide the recipient’s full name and room or ward number to ensure accurate delivery.

 

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered on the date and within the timeslot you select during checkout.

Do you offer self-collection?

Sorry, we do not offer self-collection. It will only be available on selected dates during the Valentine's and Mother's Day periods.

Can I Amend My Order After Placing It? (e.g., change the delivery date, timeslot, address, contact number, gift message, etc.)

If you need to amend your order (e.g., change the delivery date, timeslot, address, contact number, gift message, or flower selection), please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

Please provide your order number and details of the changes you’d like to make. We will inform you whether the change is possible and confirm the updated order.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Early Cancellation (At Least 48 Hours): You may cancel your order at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee to cover administrative costs.

 

Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours: If you cancel your order less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the order total. The 50% refund accounts for the perishable nature of the products and any costs already incurred.

 

Once your cancellation has been confirmed, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order. Please note, the refund may take up to 21 business days to appear in your bank statement or account, depending on your bank provider.

Can I Cancel My Order After Placing It?

Same-Day Cancellation: For orders that need to be canceled today, on the same day they are placed, you must contact us as soon as possible, and on the same day, to receive a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee to cover administrative costs. This applies to orders placed for delivery less than 48 hours.

 

After the Time Frame: Cancellations made after this time frame will be eligible for either a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee, or a 50% refund, depending on whether the order falls under our Early Cancellation (At Least 48 Hours) or Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours policy.
